Technical assistance to the Intermediate Body Milan for the implementation of the PN Metro Plus

The project consists of providing technical assistance services aimed at strengthening the organisational structure of the Intermediate Body of Milan for the implementation of the Operational Plan PN Metro Plus 2021–2027 of the Municipality of Milan.

The service is intended to provide the necessary technical and specialised support to the Intermediate Body, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all phases of programming, implementation, control, monitoring, financial management, and communication of the interventions included in the Operational Plan of PN Metro Plus 2021–2027 of the Municipality of Milan. The technical support targets both the Intermediate Body and the beneficiaries of the interventions.

In particular, the project aims to provide continuous and flexible technical-operational support to facilitate the full implementation of the PN Metro Plus Operational Plan, strengthening the administrative and communication capacity of the local authority and contributing to the successful delivery of strategic interventions.

Within the project, Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini Srl SB supports the City of Milan in the effective and coherent dissemination of information related to the operations of the PN Metro Plus 2021–2027 Operational Plan. This includes strategic planning of communication activities through the drafting of an annual communication plan and the production of content and informative materials for various channels.

Specifically, the service involves the creation and graphic design of institutional communication tools, management and enhancement of the Municipality's social media channels, and the production of multimedia content such as videos and promotional materials.
