Urbact II Active A.G.E. Managing change: impact of demographic ageing for cities

It is a thematic network of URBACT II – European Programme for Sustainable Development, which aimed at bolstering the exchange of policies and good practices among project partner cities. The need to focus the attention on aspects concerning the relationship between demographic ageing and employment, care services and social inclusion, emerged. The exchange of good practices paved the way for the definition of local action plans in which policies and strategies leading to change in employment and social policies, were identified.
