WEESP – Web tool for evaluated employment services practices

The project aims at providing effective and evidence-based information about evaluated or systematically monitored employment service practices in terms of measures, tools and services implemented by all kinds of employment services (public, private, local, municipal, NGOs) in the 27 EU Member States and the EFTA/EEA countries in the time frame 1998-2010.
In particular, project activities encompass the following tasks:
- Collection of data and information at national level about examples of evaluated or systematically monitored practices from various stakeholders of employment services from the 27 EU Member States as well as the EFTA/EEA countries
- Translation into French and German of executive summaries of practices gathered in English
- Set-up of a good practices database made available on the website of DG Employment
- Drafting of an ad hoc report for the European Commission on the topic of public-private partnership in employment services
- Methodological and scientific supervision
- Set-up of a quality control mechanism to ensure the quality of the information provided
