Women in management

The general objective of the project is to reinforce the dissemination of European Policies on gender equality issues, access to top management for women and equality at work in terms of legislation and specific tools through knowledge sharing and practices exchange among civil society organizations from Italy and Turkey, policy makers and civil servants. 

The specific objective of the project is to promote women in management in private firms through the involment of Italian and Turkish civil society organizations that promote gender equality and women's empowerment. Finally the project aims at promoting an active role of the civil society organizations in policy design.
