FAIR survey on fundamental rights in the EU

Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini has launched a survey as part of the project EU Charter of fundamental rights: awareness raising and instrument to promote a culture of rights (FAIR), funded by the Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) with the aim to map gaps and obstacles that limit the implementation of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights at the national level, promoting the creation of a culture of rights in the participating countries.

The survey, which serves as a starting point for the analysis initiated within the project led by FGB, has been created by the Center for the Study of Democracy (CSD), FAIR's Bulgarian partner. It is available in all the languages of the participating countries, with the objective to analyse the use and perception of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights both in the countries involved in the project consortium and in the other EU countries, to gather feedback, input, and best practices.

Anyone over the age of 18 can participate, whether they are a civil society organisation, an association, activists, legal professionals, human rights defenders, or any adult interested in the protection of fundamental rights in Europe actively contributing to the research on the shared value of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights.
