Sharing our experience on Gender Equality Plans
FGB is now offering its consulting services to organisazions willing to comply with Horizon Europe new compulsory requirement
Starting from January 2022 Research Performing Organisations, including Universities, in order to access Horizon Europe research and innovation funds will need a Gender Equality Plan (GEP).
Gender Equality Plans are systematic approaches to introduce gender equality in organisations.
FGB is working on the GEP methodology since 2012: it developed its own approach in the Genis Lab project (2012-2014) and finalised it in the Target project (2018-2021), both funded by DG research.
Moving from this experience FGB is now offering its consulting services to organisazions willing to comply with Horizon Europe new compulsory requirement.
We are in the middle of the process with the institure Pasteur in Paris and are ready to start with Università Vita Salute, the University in the Di Donato Group.
