Strengthening skills anticipation in Estonia with Cedefop

As part of our framework contract supporting the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop) in the development of skills analysis and intelligence in Europe, Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini will support the Estonian Ministry of Education and Research in strengthening the country's skills anticipation and governance system.

The support is delivered within Cedefop's Technical Support Instrument (TSI) project funded by the European Commission, which provides tailor-made technical expertise to EU Member States to design and implement reforms.

"FGB's work focuses on supporting the implementation of key project components, combining peer learning, policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and capacity-building activities" explains Liga Baltina, Head of FGB's Labour Market & Skills Research Unit and manager of the framework contract on behalf of FGB.

"The support includes facilitating knowledge exchange with other EU countries, developing evidence-based policy pointers, and supporting national stakeholders in shaping future-oriented skills governance solutions" she concludes.
