The project includes two distinct and parallel phases. The first one concerns the analysis of lifelong learning’ policies carried out under the active-ageing framework. It aims to identify the demand and supply of non-formal, informal and intergenerational firms’ training. Active-ageing and intergenerational learning topics will be deepened focusing on those firms that present relevant best practices through the implementation of a qualitative study. Moreover, a study aiming at the definition of a model determining the effects of both public subsidies and exclusive use of private funding will be carried on. The second phase will be devoted to the analysis of the organizational and interventional models of Competence Centers (CC) and Digital Innovation Hubs (DIH). Interviews and focus groups will be realized, involving the referents of both CC and DIH and those innovative firms that have demanded their consultancy services.
