Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini designed a different range of services and activities aimed at projecting, implementing and monitoring of a procedure to test customer satisfaction for the services provided by Province of Naples, in particular through the monitoring of the customer requests, with specific attention to claim procedures. The project will implement the following activities:

  • pre-analysis of the management and the organization of the procedures used by the Province of Naples for quality management in costumer care activities; 

  • quantitative analysis of customer satisfaction from both citizens and companies;

  • draft of the claim procedure;
  • applied implementation of the drafted claim procedure;
  • design of the final claim procedure;
  • dissemination of the results.
