The service lays within the context of a research project carried out by Eurofound aiming at deepening the spread and impact of fraudulent use of atypical contracts and outsourcing on working conditions and competition between businesses.

Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini, in collaboration with the Spanish research centre Notus, will coordinate a team of researchers involved in the study of fraudulent forms in eight UE countries on: self-employment, posting of workers, outsourcing, fixed-term contract, apprenticeship and internships.

Eight country reports, together with a final comparative research report including suggestions on future prevention policies and anti-fraudulent measures, will be also delivered.
