Industry 4.0. The impact of digitalisation on the continuing vocational training

The project "Support for the analysis of the definition of job profiles under the impulse of the Industry 4.0 process. Direct and indirect effects of the digitisation of enterprises on the continuing vocational training system" aims to carry out a qualitative research on continuing vocational training related to the 4.0 transition processes of enterprises and the institutionalisation of new training needs on the local, regional and national level.

Lead partner of the project, Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini coordinates the research team and will be involved in the implementation of the field activities, which include case studies, interviews with key informants and focus groups.

Fondazione Brodolini will also analyse the results of the field activities, write the related reports, and organise a workshop with the key actors at national level to present the main findings of the study and facilitate a discussion among the different stakeholders.
