LLT – Law, Labor and Tech

Law, Labor and Tech (LLT) is a lawyers and labour law scholars team, chaired by Michele Faioli, professor of Labor Law at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

LLT and Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini cooperate in carrying out transnational strategic projects dealing with industrial relations, labour market, social security, peer institutions, global trade.

LLT’s activities are related to Industry 4.0, firm-level collective bargaining and innovation led by digital developments. The assessment is carried out by means of KeosFinance platform.

Skills, the vocational education and training (VET) system, and Human Resources development will be highly impacted by Industry 4.0, and LLT has developed a dynamic model to map and lead the transformations at firm level.

LLT main desks are based in Rome and in Milan.
