Next Generation You

Next Generation You is an accompaniment service for third sector's organisations funded by Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo. Within this framework, Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini carries out an accompaniment service aimed at providing organisational development support to promote sustainability, autonomy, and innovation within third-sector entities. More specifically, FGB acts as strategic partner to support organisations applying for the call. 

Being among the accredited suppliers since the first edition of the call in 2021 – now at its third edition – Fondazione Brodolini has provided support, among others, to Associazione Karmadonne; Cooperativa Sociale Giuliano Accomazzi; Reseau d’Entreprendre; Panaceasocialfarm s.c.s.; Dislivelli; Cultura e Sviluppo Alessandria; Fondazione Giorgio Amendola, Centro Studi Sereno Regis, Cabiria Teatro.

Through a personalised approach, the specific needs of each entity are identified and addressed, according to the requirement of the call. Structured in three different phases, Next Generation You aims, in fact, to provide targeted support to third-sector organisations, with the ultimate goal of enhancing their organisational capacities and financial sustainability, promoting managerial autonomy and stimulating innovation in their activities.

Fist of all, an organisational analysis of the entity is conducted, identifying strengths and weaknesses and highlighting elements of change and development on which the organisation intends to work in the following years.

Subsequently, based on the findings of the organisational analysis, support is provided to the entity in defining and drafting the strategic development plan, with the aim to develop a plan for organisational strengthening and development.

Finally, based on the work carried out in the previous phases, support is provided to the entity in defining and drafting the operational plan, which includes the implementation of interventions outlined in the organisational strengthening and development plan.

The objectives of the accompaniment service carried out by FGB are the following:

• maximize the efficiency, effectiveness, and impact of organisations, helping them grow from an organisational and managerial perspective and encouraging the adoption of a conscious approach oriented towards a sustainable development;
• promote the identification of innovative models in the transformation processes of organisations and in their subsequent actions; 
• encourage collaboration between organsations and professionals in organizational development;
• prepare organisations for new opportunities in development, positioning, and fundraising.
