Fighting stereotypes at work. GRASE project final conference

On 16 December (12.00 - 1.30 pm CET) the Gender and Race Stereotypes Eradication in labour market access (GRASE) project final conference will take place online within the webinar titled Women with a migrant background in the labour market: fighting stereotypes and implicit bias.

During the webinar, Emanuela Bonini, Project manager of Fondazione ISMU will present GRASE project's outputs: three toolkits to reduce gender and race barriers in the career services system.

The event will include a round table on the issue Women with a migrant background in the labour market: fighting stereotypes and implicit bias. Chair: Marta Capesciotti (Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini). Speakers: Sabrina Marchetti (Sociologist at University of Venice), Fabiola Ortega de Mora (postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Education and Social Psychology at Pablo de Olavide University of Seville), Stella Nyanchama Okemwa (Board member of European Network Against Racism).

The meeting will end with a Q&A time.
