The future of vocational education and training in Europe: new online survey launched
CEDEFOP, the European institution responsible for research on vocational education and training (VET) in the European Union is conducting a study entitled the Future of VET. Its purpose is to review trends in the provision of VET over the recent past and understand how it is likely to develop over the next twenty years or so.
The study is being conducted on CEDEFOP’s behalf by 3s Unternehmensberatung GmbH in conjunction with Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini and Ockham IPS.
"As part of the study, we would very much like to capture the views of those who are responsible for the delivery of vocational education on a day to day basis" Liga Baltina, Manager at Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini, says. "Those working in VET schools and colleges are typically best placed to provide information on the changes which have taken place in the provision of vocational education and training and how they see things developing in the future".
To this end, CEDEFOP launched a short questionnaire. The survey aim is to obtain a wide cross-section of views, so all experts are invited to take this opportunity and give their views. All information will be treated in the strictest confidence and the anonymity of the participants and their organization is guaranteed in any report. The survey is being conducted in compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
