Contrasting the unconscious bias in leadership in Europe
In the next months Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini will support CEC European Managers, one of the six EU cross-industry social partner organisations recognised by the European Commission, in the implementation of the activities of Beyunbi-Beyond Unconscious Bias, a project that aims to provide managers responsible for implementing change in companies, the tools and skills needed to identify and overcome unconscious bias in the professional practice.
Among the activities of the project: a survey on the level of awareness that managers in Europe have about unconscious bias, and a training programme dedicated to the various areas of diversity, aimed at a selected audience of managers.
Through its consultancy, Fondazione Brodolini will support CEC in defining the entire training programme, organising workshops and webinars on these issues.
On Tuesday, January 16, 2024, Barbara De Micheli and Stefania Salaris, experts from Fondazione Brodolini's Social Justice Area, will take part in the kick-off conference to be held in Brussels.
