Il contratto quadro FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR SERVICES N° F-SE-17-T11-C37-L12 Data collection and research services on fundamental rights issues – FRANET Italy-Lot 12 ha come obiettivo quello di svolgere per conto dell’Agenzia ricerche, interviste, focus group in materia di diritti fondamentali. Le tematiche specifiche vengono stabilite di volta in volta dall’agenzia e possono riguardare tutti i diritti fondamentali tutelati dalla Carta UE dei diritti fondamentali (Carta di Nizza).
Nell’ambito del contratto quadro, sono state svolte varie attività. Per alcune richieste di servizio è stata svolta una desk-research, ovvero una raccolta di dati a livello normativo e di policy sullo specifico tema richiesto. Per altre, è stato svolto un lavoro di campo con interviste individuali semi-strutturate con stakeholders rilevanti e focus group.
FGB è il contractor nazionale della rete FRANET, un network multi-disciplinare di esperti che collabora con l’Agenzia. Il ruolo di FGB è, quindi, quello di fornire all’Agenzia le informazioni riguardanti il contesto italiano. Sulla base delle informazioni raccolti da ogni partner della rete FRANET, l’Agenzia redige i rapporti comparati che coprono l’intera UE o il gruppo di Stati membri di volta in volta coperti.
