Since 2020, the European Training Foundation has embarked on a series of "future of skills" studies in order to understand and anticipate emerging skill requirements, as a response to unprecedented changes in the demand for new skills.

The analysis focus on a wide range of sectors – including the energy sector across Albania, Tunisia, and Egypt, healthcare in Ukraine, and construction in Armenia – and have been conducted according to an innovative approach combining conventional research methodologies and cutting-edge big data analytics.
